Very modern and clean. The room was overly spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. The location of the hotel is excellent, right by Barmbek S bahn with some lovely cafes nearby. The staff were kind and understanding, addressing any issues I raised. There are lots of restaurants around the hotel, as well as two big supermarkets in the same building. It is conveniently located, with a 13-minute train ride to the central station and direct access to Hamburg Airport.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport and city center. The U-and S-Bahn stations are also very close, providing great access to the rest of the city. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff is kind and helpful, providing excellent service.
There were some minor issues with the available amenities, such as the lack of a kettle in the room or the limited availability of tea and coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect - close to public transport, just across the train station, and not far from the airport. The hotel provided excellent service, including dry cleaning and housekeeping. Our room was wonderful, with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, and the amenities like the am/fm alarm clock and parquet floor added an extra touch of luxury. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant and relaxing at the bar/lounge area. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The free Wi-Fi in public areas and 24-hour reception were convenient features that enhanced our overall experience. The fitness center and business center were great additions, and the wheelchair access made this place inclusive for all guests.
